It is said a company is only as good as its employees and that couldn’t be more true at KompleteCare.

All our team members are dedicated, compassionate and professional individuals who enjoy taking care of others. Every team member is an extension of our family and is ingrained with the importance of ensuring everyone they care for is also made to feel like an extension of our family.

We are all here to dedicate our time and priority to one thing… your happiness.

Many of our own team members care for someone elderly or living with a disability, so we know first hand the struggles one may face, what quality care looks like and the importance of finding the right person for yourself or your loved one.

Along with all our wonderful Home Support Workers, we have an office team ensuring everything is taken care of behind the scenes.

Meet Some Of Our Team…

Owner & Director – Linda Sharrock

Linda is the Owner/Operator of the KompleteCare. Her role is managing all operational activities and the staff of KompleteCare. Linda is passionate about our company’s staff training and service quality standard.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)- Scott Sharrock

As well as being co-owner of the company with his wife Linda, Scott oversees our Service Representative team and works to build on KompleteCare’s growth and strategies for positive relationships with our business liaisons.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)- Laura Biggins

Laura, the daughter of Linda & Scott, is a company executive along with her parents. Laura oversees all the company’s financial operations, including invoices, projects, budgets, payroll, and more.  Assisting Laura is Karen, our Senior Accountant, with the help of payroll and assistant accountant Courtney & Heidi.

Chief Operations Officer (COO)- Natalie Verbis

Natalie oversees the efficiency and effectiveness of various KompleteCare functions and processes, such as production, logistics, customer service, and human resources and business developement.

Natalie is tasked with assisting our company owners in the growth of the business and ensuring our quality and continuenty of care remains at the highest standard as KompleteCare progresses in the industry. 

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Lisa Lynch

Lisa’s role is to drive the marketing and communications team for KompleteCare. Her focus is KompleteCare’s branding, public relations, business development and strategies to reach new clients and connect with the community through digital & social media platforms, advertising techniques and industry partnerships. The talented Marketing team consist of, Marketing Officer Courtney,  Media Representative Ryan and Digital Programmer Tom.

 

Head of Sales- Cody Cameron

Cody oversees our Service Representative team, business-to-business relationships and industry networking.

Cody’s dynamic team of Service Reps include Jordan Vernocchi (SA), Kirsten Pett (SA),  (WA), and Michelle Brown (SA Riverland). They handle new enquiries and help clients apply for NDIS funding or Home Care Packages. They can also come to homes and provide free consultations.

Head of People & Culture- Ashley Furner

Ashley oversees our People & Culture team (Human Resources) for all of our offices and staff. Ashley also oversees our Recruitment team and Trainees.

Resource Manager- Janet Bammann

Based in the Head Office at Kilburn, Janet ensures all our offices run efficiently.

Overseeing our staff work cover/return to work, office orders and building maintenance, Janet is often known to wear many hats to keep KompleteCare ship shape.

Head of Client Services Management - Anna Perriam

Anna oversees all our Client Services Managers and ensures they and our clients get all the assistance they need.

Anna works personally with all our site team leaders to ensure the service and care provided to our clients is consistent, transparent, professional and in line with all quality standards and procedures.

Our Team Leaders with our Client Services Managers are personally assigned clients and oversee their services and care.

Staff Compliance & Retention Coordinator- Lesley Smith

Coordinates staff compliances, records staff training, onboarding new staff, and ensures all staff have necessary documentation and certificates.

Assisted by Staff Retention & Compliance Officer, Amanda.

Head of Quality- Jarod Graham

Jarod works closely with Director Linda, ensuring that KompleteCare provides the highest quality of care and remains 100% compliant across the board. Jarod also oversees  Quality Assurance Associate team leader, Denise, who is also tasked with heading all government and industry audits and the remainder of the quality team with Ali & Sarah. You can be assured with this team, KompleteCare takes its standards and quality of care very seriously.

Head of Nursing- Amandeep Kaur

Clinical Team- Christel, Christina, Heidi, Marian, Michelle, Simar, Nas (riverland) & Brindley (wa)

Our qualified Registered Nurses provide all the in-home clinical needs for our clients.

Trained to the highest standard, our Registered Nursing team are always on call to assist with any clinical needs from our clients or to work directly with our Enrolled Nurse Home Support Worker staff.

Staff Liaison Officer- Luciana Liapis

First point of contact for Home Support Workers. Supporting them in the field and assisting in connecting them with our Client Services Management team. Also assists with Recruitment and information sessions.

Head of Rostering- TBA

 oversees our Scheduling team to ensure our clients’ services and supports are efficiently filled. She also oversees Home Support Worker hours and navigates the SCHADS award policies and procedures.

Rostering Team Leaders- TBA

Assists  with the management and running of our Scheduling department.

Head of Special Projects- Sam Biggins

Sam oversees and coordinates new company projects, develops new offices, and expansions. Sam also oversees our Day Options programs along with Day Options Coordinator Latisha.
