All our team members are dedicated, compassionate and professional individuals who enjoy taking care of others. Every team member is an extension of our family and is ingrained with the importance of ensuring everyone they care for is also made to feel like an extension of our family.

We are all here to dedicate our time and priority to one thing… your happiness.

Many of our own team members care for someone elderly or living with a disability, so we know first hand the struggles one may face, what quality care looks like and the importance of finding the right person for yourself or your loved one.

Along with all our wonderful Home Support Workers, we have an office team ensuring everything is taken care of behind the scenes.

Meet Some Of Our Team…

Owner & Director – Linda Sharrock

Linda is the Owner/Operator of the KompleteCare. Her role is managing all operational activities and the staff of KompleteCare. Linda is passionate about our company’s staff training and service quality standard.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)- Scott Sharrock

As well as being co-owner of the company with his wife Linda, Scott oversees our Service Representative team and works to build on KompleteCare’s growth and strategies for positive relationships with our business liaisons.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)- Laura Biggins

Laura assists in the company’s operation with her parents Linda and Scott. She manages all funds for Home Care Package and NDIS clients, as well as staff payroll and accounting, along with the Administrative Finance Office, Jordan.

HR Manager- Ashley Furner

Ashley is in charge of the Human Resource dept for all of our offices and assists our recruitment team and trainees.

Always up for a chat and a helping hand. Ashley is also chairman of KompleteCare’s Social Club.

Office Manager- Janet Bammann

Based in the Head Office at Kilburn, Janet’s role is ensuring all our offices run efficiently.

Overseeing our reception staff, office orders and buildings maintainence, Janet is often known to wear many hats to keep KompleteCare ship shape. 

Service Representatives – Cody Cameron (Team Leader), Geoff Potter & Andrew Gow

Cody, Geoff & Andrew are usually your first point of contact. They are tasked with answering all new enquiries and helping clients with applying for NDIS funding or Home Care Packages. They can come out to homes and provide a free consultation for new clients.

Marketing Manager- Lisa Lynch

Lisa’s role is to head the marketing and communications team for KompleteCare. Her focus is KompleteCare’s business development and strategies to reach new clients and connect with the community through social media platforms and advertising techniques with her assistant, Courtney and Videographer, Ryan.

Head of Case Management - Anna Perriam

Anna oversees all our Case Managers and ensures they and our clients are getting all the assistance they need.

Case Manager - Team Leaders- Vanessa Forlani, Julianne Gardner, Sam Biggins, Georgina Cuming

The Case Manager team leaders along with a large group of Case Managers are personally assigned clients and are tasked with overseeing their services, the Support Workers and seeing that all their client’s needs are met.

Office Administrator- Lesley Smith

Lesley oversees all staff compliances as well as office admin duties along with her assistant Amanda.

Lesley & Amanda assist our Home Support Workers with all the tools they need to provide quality care.

Compliance Manager- Jarod Graham

Jarod works closely with Director Linda, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care and remain 100% compliant across the board. Jarod, along with Tate and Denise, is also tasked with heading all government and industry audits.

Recruitment Officer- Lyn Cooper & Training Development Officer- Joanne Smith

Lyn oversees the coordinating and hosting all our recruitment events to continually find us new Support Workers all over Adelaide and Perth.

Joanne assists Lyn with the recruitment process and provides the training and upskilling for our Home Support Workers.

Reception- Sandi, Heather, Rosemary & Kathryn

These four lovely ladies are the first friendly voices you will hear when you call our offices.

Home Support Workers

Our carefully selected and professionally trained Support Workers are the friendly staff that provide clients with their supports and services at home or within the community.

Head of Rostering- Natalie Verbis

Natalie oversees our scheduling team to ensure all services and supports are efficiently filled for our clients.

Rostering Team Leaders- Kristie Black & Sandra Cochrane

Often referred to as the ‘engine’ of the company. Working around the clock, our Rostering team works closely with our Case Managers to find the best Support Worker for each individual and organise all the services and support for clients. If you have ever called to book a time and service with us, chances are you have spoken to one of our friendly and helpful rostering schedulers. They are overseen and supported by their team leaders, Kristie and Sandra.

Clinical Team- Hannah Whelan (Team Leader), Amandeep, Jan, Christel & Sarah

Our qualified Registered Nurses provide all the in-home clinical needs for our clients.

Trained to the highest standard, our Registered Nursing team are always on call to assist with any clinical needs from our clients or to work directly with our Enrolled Nurse Home Support Worker staff.

Case Management Training & Development Manager- Rashelle Banks

Rashelle oversees the quality training and upskilling of our Case Management team.

Her role is to ensure our CMs provide the best possible concierge service to our clients and are educated and trained to the golden standard Kompletecare is known for.
