All our team members are dedicated, compassionate and professional individuals who enjoy taking care of others. Every team member is an extension of our family and is ingrained with the importance of ensuring everyone they care for is also made to feel like an extension of our family.

We are all here to dedicate our time and priority to one thing… your happiness.

Many of our own team members care for someone elderly or living with a disability, so we know first hand the struggles one may face, what quality care looks like and the importance of finding the right person for yourself or your loved one.

Along with all our wonderful Home Support Workers, we have an office team ensuring everything is taken care of behind the scenes.

Meet Some Of Our Team…

Owner & Director – Linda Sharrock

Linda is the Owner/Operator of the KompleteCare. Her role is managing all operational activities and the staff of KompleteCare. Linda is passionate about our company’s staff training and service quality standard.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)- Scott Sharrock

As well as being co-owner of the company with his wife Linda, Scott oversees our Service Representative team and works to build on KompleteCare’s growth and strategies for positive relationships with our business liaisons.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)- Laura Biggins

Laura, the daughter of Linda & Scott, is a company executive along with her parents. Laura oversees all the company’s financial operations, including invoices, projects, budgets, payroll, and more.  Assisting Laura is Karen, our Senior Accountant, with the help of payroll and assistant accountants Heidi, Erin & Jessica.

Chief Operations Officer (COO)- Natalie Verbis

Natalie oversees the efficiency and effectiveness of various KompleteCare functions and processes, such as production, logistics, customer service, and human resources and business developement.

Natalie is tasked with assisting our company owners in the growth of the business and ensuring our quality and continuenty of care remains at the highest standard as KompleteCare progresses in the industry. 

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Lisa Lynch

Lisa’s role is to drive business growth and branding for KompleteCare and private services. Overseeing the Marketing department, Day Options, Onboarding Team, Pet Care, Top Dawg Grooming and KompleteClean Operations. Lisa and her teams also help bridge the gap of communication between the company and clients, ensuring our valued clients are educated and aware of all services and supports available to them.  

 

Client Onboarding Team

Our dynamic Onboarding team are your first point of contact with KompleteCare. Consisting of our Onboarding Administrators, Sandra & Ryan, and our Onboarding Coordinators, Nola & Jordan. They handle allnew enquiries and assist in getting your services up and running with us as soon as possible. This friendly and knowledgeable bunch will come to your home and make joining the KompleteCare family a smooth and enjoyable process. .

Head of People & Culture- Ashley Furner

Ashley oversees our People & Culture team (Human Resources) for all of our offices and staff. Ashley also oversees our Recruitment team and Trainees.

Resource Manager- Janet Bammann

Based in the Head Office at Kilburn, Janet ensures all our offices run efficiently.

Overseeing our staff work cover/return to work, office orders and building maintenance, Janet is often known to wear many hats to keep KompleteCare ship shape.

State Care Manager- Karen Hammond

Our State Care Manager is an industry expert. They oversee our site Care Managers, who ensure all our policies and procedures are in line with government standards. Services and supports are running smoothly, and our clients are receiving top-notch care across the board. They communicate with the NDIS and Aged Care Commission on behalf of our clients and provide our Client Service Managers with training and support on any new industry changes.

Our Care Managers and Care Team are tasks with looking after all the clients assigned to their site. .

Staff Compliance & Retention Coordinator- Amanda

Coordinates staff compliances, records staff training, onboarding new staff, and ensures all staff have necessary documentation and certificates.

Assisted by Admin Officer Lyn.

Head of Quality- Jarod Graham

Jarod and his team ensure that KompleteCare provides the highest quality of care and remains 100% compliant across the board.  The Quality Assurance Associate team leader, Denise, heads all government and industry audits. KompleteCare has also introduced a new role of APO Officer, headed by Luciana. You can be assured with this team, KompleteCare takes its standards and quality of care very seriously.

Recruitment Officer

Emma Scotcher- National

Coordinating and hosting all our recruitment events to continually find us new Support Workers all over Adelaide, Riverland and Perth.

KompleteCare is always on the hunt for more staff as our business grows, so contact the lovely Emma if you are interested in employment opportunities with us.

 

Head of Nursing- Amandeep Kaur

Amandeep oversees all our qualified Registered Nurses and clinical services, which provide in-home care for our clients.

Trained to the highest standard, our Registered Nursing team are always on call to assist with any clinical needs from our clients or to work directly with our Enrolled Nurse Home Support Worker staff.

Staff Councilor & Chaplin- David Bunyon

David resides in our Head Office and is always available to chat with staff or to support our team through personal and professional struggles.

With a rich experience and wealth of knowledge in counselling, David is a valuable asset to our staff, helping them be the best carers they can be for our clients. 

Head of Rostering- Kristie Black

Kristie oversees our Scheduling team to ensure our clients’ services and supports are efficiently filled. She also oversees Home Support Worker hours and navigates the SCHADS award policies and procedures.

Rostering Team Leaders- Shannon & Mel

Assists  with the management and running of our Scheduling department.

Gardening- Mella

Mella oversees all our our gardeners and gardening services.

Day Options Coordinator- Latisha Gale

Latisha runs the NDIS Day Options Program and our  Senior social groups. Latisha organises some amazing activities and excursions that cater to various interests and locations throughout Metro SA and Perth—something for everyone.

Our wonderful Welcome Team are the first friendly voices you will hear when you call our offices.

Always happy to assist you with all your enquiries and put you through to the right person to support you. Our Reception team can help you with new, staff or existing client enquiries.

Perth Operations Manager

Alan O’Donoghue

Alan assists in overseeing the smooth operation of our Perth office.

Alan wears many hats, assisting with client onboarding, recruitment, business development and leadership support.

Alan aslo is also our Perth point person for all B2B relations and industry networking and ensures our Perth operations and growth are supported across the board.
