FAQ’s In Pet Care
What is included in your pet care services?
KompleteCare provides a suite of services to keep your pet safe and happy including feeding, exercise, play, mental stimulation, socialisation, vet transportation and lots of love and attention. Pet food, grooming equipment and other supplies must be provided by the client along with the cost of external services such as veterinary fees or trimming and styling services which are to be arranged by the pet owner.
Do you offer pet grooming services?
We provide basic grooming services including washing (small animals), brushing and nail clipping, however, we can assist you in arranging additional specialist services such as trimming and styling when needed.
Do you offer pet care support for NDIS participants?
Unfortunately, pet care support is not covered by NDIS funding. However, we are happy to provide pet care support via a private agreement at special rates for NDIS clients.
Can you offer pet boarding services?
At present KompleteCare only offers in home pet care services, but should you require external services such as pet boarding we can happily assist in arranging this for you.
Can you look after multiple pets?
Yes, we individually assess each case and can certainly offer pet care support for any number of pets.
How much is KompleteCare pet care support?
Our pet care support is included as approved support from your Home Care Package or can be paid for via a private agreement if you have no government funding. Fees are in line with the hourly rates for aged care services. Your dedicated Client Service Manager will be happy to discuss this with you if you are already a KompleteCare client and answer any questions.
