Recently, I spoke with one of the ladies on our company’s advisory committee, and she shared this story with me.
She was at a shopping mall in the northeastern suburbs when she noticed a Home Support Worker wearing a KompleteCare lanyard.
Curious, she stood back and observed the interactions between the Home Support Worker and the client. After a few minutes, she introduced herself and explained that she was on the advisory board for KompleteCare. She went on to congratulate the support worker on the great job they were doing assisting the client based on what she had just witnessed.
She informed me that the support worker replied, “Thank you. I love working for KompleteCare; I feel so valued and appreciated”. The client being cared for also joined the conversation and shared how much she loved the support worker and would feel lost without her!
I felt filled with immense pride receiving this feedback.
