The Ageing Well Stage provides more information for visitors focusing on ageing well and staying healthy. These sessions are shorter and more informal than the lifestyle stage.

The Retreat is in the centre of The Care & Ageing Well Expo. It is a great spot to sit back and relax on the comfortable seating with a coffee in hand or a bite to eat from the pop-up café. This allows you to take in all the information received and plan what’s next.
Each visitor will be given a complimentary show bag on entry. The show bag includes the Expo program, information from exhibitors and other aged care companies, and all guests attending the Expo will be given a coupon to enter the major prize draw as they enter!
Enjoy the roaming musicians, providing a relaxing and fun atmosphere to the event during the day.
